After the green light pitching session, it was clear that my idea needs more work. Since then, I have made some changes to the characters. I would like to have one female character now and two male characters, instead of three males. To add a further plot twist, the female character will be a lesbian and one of the male characters will be Asian, whilst the other will allegedly be disabled. By this, I mean that the other two think he is disabled, and he plays on this, getting them to do everything for him, and also blaming every mistake he makes on his so-called disability. In addition, the female character becomes the object of desire for the two male characters, who are both most surprised when they hear rumours that she may be a lesbian. They later find out that she IS in fact a lesbian, and she becomes a great source of riducle and mickey taking from the two male characters.
Regarding the channel that the show will be on, I originally decided on BBC Three. However, I now feel that this is not a suitable channel for it, as the humour is a bit too rude and a bit too blunt for this channel, so I have now decided on channel 4, as in the past this has aired shows such as The Inbetweeners and Misfits on it's E4 subsidiary. As the humour in my show is going to be the same as this, I feel this is the right channel for it. Regarding casting, I would like Robert Sheehan to play the disabled white character, but the other two characters I am still considering who I would like to play them.
